离心式压缩机。单台流量40万方/天，进口压力115KPaA，出口压力3MPaA，含级间冷却器。

项目概况：

渤中19-6气田I 期开发项目新建3座无人井口平台（BZ19-6 WHPB、BZ19-6 WHPC、BZ19-6 WHPM）和1座中心处理平台（BZ19-6 CEPA），BZ19-6 CEPA设120人生活楼，与已建的BZ19-6 WHPA平台及待建的BZ19-6 BOP平台通过栈桥相连，在BZ19-6 CEPA旁新建1座海上变电站平台（BZ19-6 EPP，归属岸电项目），用于岸电接入，BZ19-6 EPP与BZ19-6 CEPA栈桥连接。

 

交货期：国内交货要求2023年2月3日到达山东滨州，国外交货要求2023年1月15日CIF天津港。

2.资格标准：

★二氧化碳压缩机橇应满足《海上固定平台安全规则》的要求。投标人应委托海洋石油作业安全办公室（COOOSO）认可的船级社（ABS, LIoyd’s, DNV,CCS，BV）对二氧化碳压缩机组整体进行检验并获得检验证书。

★投标人应为二氧化碳压缩机橇的制造商或其授权的成橇商。投标人所投的二氧化碳压缩机应为制造厂家的无不良业绩的成熟产品，买方不接受新试制产品。二氧化碳压缩机制造商应提供至少2台套（限2010年1月1日之后签订的合同，处理量≥40×104 Sm3/d，出口压力≥3MPaA）在石油石化行业运行2年及以上（从调试验收合格日期或使用方出具的运行时间证明文件起计）的离心压缩机业绩，并提供相应的书面材料证明（书面材料是指：合同及调试验收报告，或合同及使用方出具的有效证明文件）；上述文件中如未包含设备所在设施的名称及使用方信息，投标人应提供有效说明文件。为核实投标人业绩，在授予合同前招标人有权要求投标人进一步提供相关证明资料，包括但不限于第三方船级社出具证书、发票、银行进账单/流水单、进出口报关单据等。投标人无法提供相关材料的，将视为无效业绩。 

 

3. 有兴趣的合格投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：

Centrifugal compressor. The flow of a single unit is 400000m3 / day, the inlet pressure is 115KPA, and the outlet pressure is 3mpaa, including interstage cooler.

Overview:   Three unattended wellhead platforms (BZ19-6 WHPB,BZ19-6 WHPC, BZ19-6 WHPM) and one central processing platform (BZ19-6 CEPA) are newly built in BZ19-6 condensate gas field phase I development project. Bz19-6 CEPA is equipped with a 120 person living building, which is connected with the built BZ19-6 WHPA platform and the BZ19-6 BOP platform to be built through trestle, and an offshore substation platform (BZ19-6 EPP, belonging to the onshore power project) is newly built next to BZ19-6 CEPA, For shore power access, BZ19-6 EPP is connected with BZ19-6 CEPA trestle.

From within PRC：February 3, 2023 of Construction Site of Binzhou, Shandong.
From outside PRC：January 15, 2023 of Xingang Seaport, Tianjin.

2. Qualification Requirements:

★The carbon dioxide compressor skid shall meet the requirements of safety rules for offshore fixed platforms. The tenderer shall entrust the classification society (ABS, Floyd_EpSingleQuotes_s, DNV, CCS, BV) recognized by the offshore oil operation safety office (COOOSO) to inspect the whole carbon dioxide compressor unit and obtain the inspection certificate.

★The tenderer shall be the manufacturer of carbon dioxide compressor skid or its authorized skid builder. The carbon dioxide compressor offered by the bidder shall be mature products without bad performance of the manufacturer, and the buyer will not accept new trial products. The carbon dioxide compressor manufacturer shall provide at least 2 sets (limited to contracts signed after January 1, 2010, processing capacity of ≥ 40×104 SM3/d, outlet pressure ≥3MpaA) centrifugal compressor performance in petrochemical industry for more than 2 years (calculated from the date of commissioning acceptance or the operation time certificate issued by the user), and provide corresponding written materials (written materials refer to the contract and commissioning test report, or the valid certificate issued by the contract and the user); If the above documents do not contain the name and user information of the facilities where the equipment is located, the tenderer shall provide effective description documents. In order to verify the tenderer_EpSingleQuotes_s performance, the tenderee has the right to require the tenderer to further provide relevant supporting materials before awarding the contract, including but not limited to certificates, invoices, bank receipts / flow sheets, import and export customs declaration documents issued by the third-party classification society. If the bidder is unable to provide relevant materials, it will be regarded as invalid performance.
